Take your wife to work day
This is Rebecca. I'm off work today and tagging along with my wonderful husband as he makes the rounds to check on the jobs and generally 'do his thing'. We are at Plantation Oaks and there is lots of activity! He has framers, plumbers and electricians all working on the same house at the same time! I heard someone say that he can build a house fast and I definitely see how. He's not messin' around!!

Progress! ...despite the rain!
Despite the monsoon rains lately, the jobs at Plantation Oaks are progressing nicely. We finished pouring the foundation on Lot 11 on Monday the 7th. It was delayed several times, but we finally got it done.
The framing is nearly complete on Lot 14. They've worked a lot on the weekends, and in the cold, just to avoid the rain. The guy doing the framing is really good at what he does. He makes very few mistakes and I almost always have materials left over. I've used him for the last few houses and I plan to use him for Lot 11. He'll move over there and get started as soon as Lot 14 is done. Time is money for the customer now that the first draw has been made on the construction loan. The pressure is on the make sure the schedule flows smoothly and there are is no downtime.
The progress is easy to see at this stage
