Let's Build

If you're in the market for a newly constructed home (basic or elaborate) then you've come to the right place.  The first step is to decide where you want to build and what size and style of house.      Once you have decided on the location and the home plans, I will work with you and your bank to help you secure the construction loan.  In most cases, I work on a cost plus basis and the entire project is open book.  I pride myself in being able to get quality work done for an affordable price, so I am constantly price-checking and making sure I'm getting my clients the best possible deals.  I'm able to get "builder" pricing on a lot of things, so my discounts go a long way toward covering the cost of my fee. 

I've been in business for about four years now and have my feet wet on all kinds of projects and home construction. I have an extensive network of local sub-contractors who I've worked with and who know the quality and pricing I demand. My business is still a one-man show (well...and woman, since Rebecca helps me) so you will get my personal contact every step of the way. I offer my help and guidance for all parts of the project and you can be involved as little or as much as you want.  Each project is different and I will work with you on whatever you have in mind.
