Bevil Oaks beauty

One of the more unique places we are building is in Bevil Oaks.  This lot is in an established neighborhood with beautiful mature oak trees.  The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath with a 2-car garage.  The floorplan is very open and has a split-bedroom design. 

Golden Sun Granite

We installed a granite called "Golden Sun" in the Plantation Oaks Lot #11 home.  It has a nice look of veins throughout and compliments their color choices very well.  It also looks awesome in the kitchen with the backsplash they chose.  Two thumbs up!

New Development in Orangefield

There's a great new subdivision I found out about that's under development in Orangefield called Twin Lakes Estates.  There are going to be several phases and lots are available from .33 acres on up.  I'll be doing some advertising in the subdivision, so please contact me if you're interested in building a custom home in Orangefield!

Orangefield stone

The masons are finished with the front of the Orangefield house.  The limestone compliments the brick nicely.  Here is a before and after picture.

Return to Nottoway

Nottoway Lane (Plantation Oaks) is such an awesome location that we are about to start house #2.  This time the project is on Lot #15.  The lot is located at the end of the cul-de-sac and has some beautiful trees that we are able to keep.  This will be a custom-built home for a Beaumont couple.

Rock Creek Ridge Progress

The family that we are building with in Rock Creek Ridge is very excited to see the house taking shape.  They have so many cool ideas and interesting features planned for the house.  I can't wait to see it all come together!

One of the features that a young family can't live without is a party porch!  They are certainly doing this one in a big way with lots of space, corner fireplace, cooking amenities and plenty of room for playing, eating and entertaining.  I'm sure this will be a highly used area of the house.  It doesn't hurt that they also have a beautiful, wooded backyard view!

Ready for Romeo & Juliet

I had the opportunity to build a balcony on the Plantation Oaks Drive house and the railing is finally installed.  I think it turned out great!  Too bad it's only a faux balcony or I would've posed out there for a picture! : )
