The slab was poured for the Orangefield project on 3/2. Everything went well. After working with the same concrete crew for several jobs, we have it down to a science. It makes things go so much smoother when you know who you're dealing with and know they do quality work every time.
I am also starting to work on a house in Rock Creek Ridge in Lumberton. This subdivision offers estate size lots and lots of wooded property. The lot we are building on even has a creek in the back. Click

This first picture was supposed to show the neighborhood and give you an idea of the size of the lots...not highlight the port-a-john. Sorry about that.
This house is rather large at 3,900 sq ft so the slab is larger than most I have done.
Not a problem for Lake Livingston Concrete. We had it all poured in a few hours and I was back at home enjoying my Saturday with the family.
